Helen Chan (@hc.letterarts) is an amateur Western Calligrapher and Lettering Artist based in Hong Kong. She travelled to the United States and Japan to learn from renowned masters, including a master class “Flights of Fancy” with Canadian Calligrapher Ms. Heather Victoria Held. Helen has been a member of IAMPETH (The International Association of Master Penmen, Engrossers, and Teachers of Handwriting) since 2021, where she continues to deepen her passion for the art of lettering and Western calligraphy.

Specializing in metallic lettering and offhand flourishing, she loves blending soft-toned botanical and gentle floral motifs with shimmering metallic calligraphy and flourishing to create works with her unique personal style. Through her art, Helen finds confidence, peace, and joy, and hopes to share these blessings with others. Her creations are intended to inspire and uplift those who might need a little support and quiet companionship on their life journeys.
